What is your cancelation policy?

A $250 administrative fee will be charged if a reservation is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Early departure is not refunded. You will be given a complete refund of the advance deposit if you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival.

Are pets allowed in the rental properties?

While some of our properties are pet-friendly, others are not. We request our guests to select units where pets are welcome. However, an additional pet fee of $200 will be charged to the credit card on file for any unauthorized pets as well as any repair charges that result from the violation. For units that do welcome pets, guests must declare all pets in advance.

There is a two-pet limit. The first pet is charged at $200 and the second pet at $125. Pets must be well-behaved and kennelled while guests are out of the unit. Owners are expected to clean up the yard after their pets. Failure to do so will result in an additional $150 clean-up fee.

Do you allow service animals in your rental properties?

At Cadet Hotels and Hospitality, we understand that service animals are necessary for guests that require them for various reasons. As such, no additional charge is applied for service animals staying at our Florida vacation rental properties. However, guests must produce valid documentation for the service animal they are bringing.

An additional cleaning fee of $ 120 is charged when service animals are present. This helps cover the additional time required to clean up any potential mess that may occur and ensure that the next guest experiences a high level of comfort and cleanliness.

Are there any other additional charges?

Yes. For properties that offer pool heating, there will be an additional charge of $160 throughout the short stays (less than a month). For longer stays it will be charged at $160 per month. Barbeque charges are $60 throughout the stay.

What are the prerequisites to make a booking?

Guests making reservations must be at least 21 years of age, must be able to show proof of age at any time during the stay, and must agree to the Terms and Conditions of Cadet Hotels and Hospitality’s Rental Agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or party.

How much is the deposit to reserve a vacation rental?

A 50% payment is required at the initial booking and will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 30 days before the guest’s arrival date. Forms of payment include Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

Is housekeeping service provided?

The vacation rental reservation includes cleaning of the property after you checkout. You can, however, book additional housekeeping services during the course of your stay at an extra charge.

What should we do if we have a problem with the house?

Where do I collect the keys to the property?

We understand how important it is to be able to enjoy every moment of your vacation! An electronic lock is installed on every one of our properties. Following receipt of the remaining balance, you will receive an entry code. You can travel directly to your villa from the airport.

What does a standard vacation property of Cadet Hotels offer?

Since each of our properties is privately owned, its contents will naturally vary. However, you will discover clean linens, bedding, towels, beach towels (for beach locations), dishes, silverware, and wifi in a typical rental home in our network. Every one of our buildings has a kitchen with the essential appliances. Initial setup materials, including soap and toilet paper, are provided in the property for your convenience. Keep in mind that vacation rentals are accommodations with self-catering facilities.

When are holiday reservations available online?

Online reservations for holidays can be made up to 365 days in advance of the arrival date. Holiday weeks tend to fill up quickly, so the earlier you reserve, the more likely it is that the property you want will still be available. Call or text us and we’ll be happy to assist you.
